Frustrated

I just can't seem to get into the RSS site. No password that I know will work. The same for Thing #9.

In last week's Sunpapers I read about some software called iStumbler. This free download for Macs only allows the user to locate free wireless Internet anywhere within range. I was first intrigued by the name iStumbler as that could very well be my handle! And I own a MAC. And I live next door to an IBM employee who has a mega sophisticated set-up with wireless access. Now if I understand the article, iStumbler does a god job of finding open , nonpublic networks such as those set up in private residences. It's food for thought........ Not sure if I can live with the guilt though.

July 18 - Another week has gone by.

Did I mention that I have looked at Flickr and even posted two photos i had taken on a trip to Scotland.
Somehow I came across a radio button and listened to some great Swing music for a minute. This is probably illegal.
I must say, keeping all the usernames and passwords straight takes a database in itself.

I did it! I found Flickr and then exported photos there to the blog. Wow.

I am having a challenge understanding how to use Flickr. Importing the picture-can't figure that out yet. Am studying the problem!

Well I haven't posted for quite a while. During the silence I have learned how to blog. I never kept a diary as a kid , so I don't really expect to use the blog for daily accounts of my day!! The blogs I have sampled are cute and inventive, but basically of interest to the blogger him/herself. None of my friends have patience with blogs either. But it is good to learn new things so I will soldier on. Well I've changed the font color-yay.

End of the day

Today I have:

1. Registered and posted to my new blog.

2. Installed a new set of speakers at my workstation which allows me to plug in a headset without having to disappear beneath the desk! Thank you Jason.

3. Found my blog again to post this message. Yahoooooooo.

Hey, is there spell check on this thing? Oh yeah. I found it.
All in all - a satisfactory day in the neighborhood.

So far.....where is it?

Well I've gotten this far. At least I got through the first three steps. Whether this ever appears anywhere again still remains to be seen.
I'll wait and see before I get really long-winded.
